Terms & Conditions for AI Review Generation Services

Welcome to Raiseron. By using our AI-powered review generation platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Raiseron.
1. Use of AI-Generated Content
The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate draft reviews and responses.
- No Guarantee of Accuracy — You acknowledge and agree that AI technology is not infallible and may produce content that is factually incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate.
- Client Responsibility for Review — You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated content before posting it to any social media platform, Google Reviews, or any other public forum.
- Final Approval — You must manually approve each review. By clicking "Post" or "Publish," you confirm that you have read the content and accept full liability for the statements made therein.
2. Client Responsibility and Liability
Post-Approval Liability — Once a generated review is published by you, it is considered "Client-Approved." Raiseron bears no responsibility for the consequences of published content, including but not limited to defamation, copyright infringement, or violations of platform policies (e.g., Google's Review Guidelines).
Unread Reviews — It is your responsibility to monitor your notification settings and review queues. Any review that remains unread or unattended to, resulting in negative feedback or lost opportunities, is the Client's sole responsibility.
3. Client Information and Data Verification
- Information Collection — To generate accurate content, you will provide us with information regarding your business, services, and clients.
- Email Confirmation — All information you provide will be sent to your registered email ID for confirmation.
- Duty to Verify — You are obligated to verify the accuracy of this information (e.g., business hours, address, service names). You confirm that all data submitted is correct.
- Post-Start Changes — Once work on your project has commenced, any request to change core business information (e.g., changing service descriptions, contact details, or branding) will be subject to additional administrative charges. This ensures our AI models are retrained and content is updated correctly.
4. Fees and Payment
- 35% Advance Payment — A 35% advance payment of the total package cost is required before work begins, as confirmed by you earlier in this form. The remaining balance is due as per your service agreement.
- One-Time Setup Fee — You agree to pay the one-time setup fee as displayed on the website at the time of purchase. This fee is non-refundable except as required by law.
- No Hidden Charges — The setup fee is inclusive of the initial onboarding and configuration.
- Default — Failure to pay the required fees on time may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the platform.
5. Service Modification and Upgrades
We are constantly improving our technology. While we strive to maintain core functionality, we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue certain features of the Service with reasonable notice to you.
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content — You retain ownership of the final text you publish. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use the data you provide to improve our AI algorithms.
Our Platform — Our website, software, code, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of Raiseron. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute our software.
7. Data Privacy
We respect your privacy. We will not sell or share your business data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., AI processing vendors) or as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raiseron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms shall be limited to the total amount you paid for the Service in the preceding six (6) months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Raiseron and its affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Your misuse of the Service.
- The content you publish.
- Your breach of these Terms or violation of third-party rights.
10. Termination
By Client — You may cancel your account at any time by sending a written request. No refunds will be issued for unused services.
By Us — We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or misuse of our AI technology.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations if such failure is a result of events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, strikes, or governmental actions.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Raiseron regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By checking the box below, I confirm that:
- I have read and understand these Terms and Conditions.
- I acknowledge that AI-generated reviews require my careful review and I am solely responsible for them.
- I accept the one-time setup fee as disclosed on the website.
- I accept the 35% advance payment requirement as confirmed earlier in this form.
- I am responsible for verifying my data via email.
- I agree to extra charges if I request changes after work has commenced.
- I agree to be bound by all terms outlined above.
